Truffly Made Maintenance Service encompasses all the work required to keep machines running successfully. Our services include:
- Regularly-scheduled service
- Routine checks
- Scheduled and emergency repairs
- Replacement or realignment worn, damaged, or misaligned parts
Service Maintenance can be done either in advance of failure or after failure occurs, either at Truffly Made’s facility or by an on-site technician for swift and efficient service.

Shipping & Returns
We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible.
We are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience for all our customers. If for any reason you wish to return an item, we invite you to reach out to our team for assistance, and we will evaluate every return request with care and consideration.
Returns and exchanges MUST be made within 7 days. All products to be unused and in original packaging. Shipping & Processing charges are non-refundable.
Truffly Made reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee. All returned items including silicone molds must be in new, unused condition and in their original unaltered packing material, with any accessories.
No merchandise may be returned to us without prior authorization. Before sending merchandise for return or exchange, contact us FIRST at info@trufflymade.com
