Shipping
Truffly Made orders are shipped through all major carriers. Larger shipments may go through private carriers.
USA orders usually arrive within 4-7 business days. Canadian and international orders usually arrive within 7-21 business days. Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing; processing time is distinct from shipping time.

USA orders
Orders usually arrive within 4-7 business days. Please allow 3-4 business days to process your order.
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. It might take a few days to ship an item, despite the shipping method chosen at the checkout.
International orders
Truffly Made, Inc. ships internationally to most countries.
Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery.
Kindly note the following on all orders shipping to addresses outside the United States:
1. It is your responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties, and taxes.
2. All orders are subject to merchandise availability.

APO/FPO Shipping
Orders being shipped to a PO Box or a Military Address (AA, AE, AP) are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses may take 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Sending your package to an APO/FPO address is easy. When entering your shipping address, please note the following:
1. The Country must be “United States.”
2. The City must be entered as either “APO” or “FPO.”
3. The State must be selected as either “Armed Forces America” “Armed Forces Europe” or “Armed Forces Pacific.”
4. You must enter your ZIP code.
5. Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges MUST be made within 7 days. All products to be unused and in original packaging. Shipping & Processing charges are non-refundable.
Truffly Made reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee. All returned items including silicone molds must be in new, unused condition and in their original unaltered packing material, with any accessories.
No merchandise may be returned to us without prior authorization. Before sending merchandise for return or exchange, contact us FIRST at info@trufflymade.com
Any item that was authorized to be returned MUST be received in brand new condition, without damages or signs of use. Truffly Made reserves the right to apply a discarding fee of 40% minimum for any item received damaged or used, as these items will be discarded.
Any refund will be given as a store credit.
Custom Molds are NOT refundable.
If you did not receive all the items that you ordered, first check your invoice to see that the “missing item(s)” are not marked as BACKORDERED. If they are, they will be sent to you as soon as possible. Next, check all packing material thoroughly for items that may have been wrapped in packing or settled in shipment. Please contact our Customer Service Department at info@trufflymade.com or call 1-619-500-3102 regarding any problems or other questions.
Warranty
Warranty for all Candy Depositors, demolders, and panner coating machine is 1 year from the date of purchase stated on the invoice or order confirmation.
The warranty covers:
- Full Heating system
- Spare Parts*
*Spare Parts must be original, not show signs of modifications, and must not have failed due to operator mishandling.
Warranty is not applicable if the equipment has been modified, is being improperly used with inappropriate product / wrong viscosity / inappropriate silicone molds that are too heavy, or if damages are due to improper use by the operator such as excessive force, wrong temperatures, or improper operation.
Only industry standard recipes made from scratch are compatible with all candy depositors.
Use of unauthorized parts will void the warranty of the underlying machine.
