Return Policy
At Dark City Molds, all sales are final — a policy that applies to all stock and custom molds, digital products, and ingredients. Unless a product is defective or damaged, it cannot be returned.
Truffly Made offers returns and exchanges up to seven days after purchase. We also offer technical support in the form of routine maintenance support, scheduled repairs, and emergency repairs. Additionally, all candy depositors, demolders, and the Panner Coating Machine come with a one-year warranty from date of purchase.
