We offer our customers a formula that has been tested to achieve this. 3rd party lab tested for the following categories: Microbiology: Water activity, pH levels, moisture Chemistry: Aerobic Plate Count (APC) / Yeast & Mold  (Y&M)  Sensory Evaluation: Oder, Color, General Appearance, Packaging Integrity Conclusion:  The recommended shelf life for the Gummy recipe is at least 12 months in the final Mylar packaging The samples where tested upon receipt and after 3,6,7,8,9,10,11 and 12 months of storage.
